A smoothie for breakfast is the best thing this green smoothie is one of our favorites. Greens belonged in salads, and occasionally a leaf would make an appearance in a burger if i felt like it. Plus, every day i add a good amount of fresh parsley in my green orange juicius:
Be sure to slice it into coins if you don't have a powerful blender.
Most of these are 'thickies' or 'green thickies' which are filling complete meal smoothies containing enough protein to stop those cravings and hunger pangs in their tracks. Green smoothies can help in this department! This green smoothie was inspired by my trip to a restaurant in grand rapids, michigan back in november. It features spinach, fresh mango and bananas and milk.
